ROJAS DEBUTS ON THE WIDESCREEN IN CARS 2

Mexico City, June 8, 2011 – The twice Rolex Sports Cars champion and Escudería Telmex driver, Memo Rojas Jr. will participate in one of the most successful Disney/Pixar stories, Cars 2, which will show in Mexico this coming June 24.   

Memo Rojas Jr. was invited to be part of the translating voices in its Latin American version, specially voicing one of the cars participating in the World Grand Prix and which will have Rayo McQueen as closest contender to determine who's the best car in the world.

The Mexican driver recorded his voice a month ago giving life to the car, he mentions it has been an interesting experience and he'll always remember it. He's thankful with Disney Latin America and Pixar Studios who thought of him to do the voicing.

Together with Rojas, an elite of artists, journalist and drivers will be voicing the characters of Cars 2. Rayo McQueen's vice will be Kuno Becker. Cesar Bono will be Mate, who plays a much more important role in Cars 2. Juan Pablo Montoya will also be voicing, he will be as Memo one of the contenders against Rayo McQueen.

The Mexican premier will be on June 24 in all cinemas, as well as the 3D in specialized screens. Moderatto will have a special participation with one of the musical themes as well as voicing certain characters.

I'm thrilled with the idea, Cars is one of my favorite movies and in its second film they've decided to invite some real driver to voice the characters, I think it's great, Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton, Juan Pablo Montoya, Jeff Gordon, among many others. And to see my name in the list makes me feel very proud."
