Bamber enters the 2024 campaign in his third season with Chip Ganassi Racing, and his second piloting the No. 3 Cadillac V-Series.R in the World Endurance Championship. The Kiwi helped deliver a podium finish in overall competition at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023, the best-ever finish for Cadillac Racing.
Bamber co-drove the No. 02 Cadillac in 2022 IMSA competition, where he brought the CGR sports car home for a victory in the 12 Hours of Sebring for the team’s second-ever victory in the historic race. Bamber and the No. 02 Cadillac team also claimed 4 podiums on the year.
The Kiwi has previously won the 24 Hours of Le Mans twice (2015 and 2017) and the WEC series championship in 2017.
As the team principal of Earl Bamber Motorsport, he won the 12-hour race in Bathurst, Australia, in the team’s debut in the 2019 Intercontinental GT Challenge. The New Zealand native now resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
